Back Imprint Set Up:  $50 / version  (Add +4 days to Lead TIme)

Die Cutting:  Custom shapes and sizes add $200 / version for die charge ( +2 day)
Lead Time:  In general, 5-7 days from receipt of APPROVED Art or Proof APPROVAL
Rush Charges:  Need faster turn around, Cut days, Add $50 / v per day.
