What are the minimum system requirements?
We recommend a Windows PC with a XP, 7, 8 or 10 (32 or 64-bit) operating system installed with an i5 or i7 processor and 8 GB Memory.
Is there a Mac version?
The VueThru Photo Souvenir System Software is a Windows-based product. There is no Mac version at this time, however we've had users report successfully running the software using porting solutions like Parallels or Boot Camp. While we encourage you to try, it is not officially supported.
How much does it cost?
There are many options for a VueThru Photo Souvenir System. The VueThru Photo Souvenir System Software only price is $999. We offer trade show specials at for $699. This software only price does not include the Printer, Camera, or a Windows PC and honestly the most important part, the tech support to operate the VueThru Photo Souvenir Software. We offer a Turn Key options that includes everything you need for green screen photography, all configured and ready to go for $7999 with an option for on site installation and training.
If I purchase one license now, will I get multi-license discount if I decide to add additional licenses later?
No. The multi-license discount is only available when purchasing a license package, not individual licenses .
Are there any additional license fees?
No. Your license does not expire and there are no additional fees with the exception of optional upgrades.
Can I use the VueThru Photo Souvenir Systems Software on multiple computers?
A single license covers one primary computer. You may install the software on a second backup computer, however you may not use both at the same time.
What is the upgrade policy?
Minor upgrades within the same version are free. Major upgrades are fee-based.

What kind of camera do I need?
We recommend the Canon EOS Rebel T3 or T5. The VueThru Photo Souvenir Software includes direct tethering support for many Canon DSLR cameras. Our tethering function is unique in that your images can be manipulated as layers, right on the workspace. However, you don't need a Canon DSLR. Our import function allows you to use any camera that supports saving images directly to a folder on your PC, and works with our capture interface. This gives you many of the benefits of direct tethering (thumbnail list, auto-import), even if your camera doesn't support it. You may also use an optional Eye-Fi card for wireless transmission of images, even if your camera doesn't support saving files to your PC. Our camera capture function gives you the flexibility you need to get your photos into the editing interface very quickly.
What kind of printer do I need?
The VueThru Photo Souvenir Systems works with any Windows-installed printer. We recommend a quality dye-sublimation photo printer for lab-quality results, like the DNP DS40 or DS620A. Contact us for other printers that can be used.
